My mini tramp
I just love my mini tramp. Bought it for a song at Kmart when I started to lose weight and I am sure it has played a big part in my health improvement. In this month's "Slimming" magazine it comes in at number "6" in the 50 ways to get slimmer.
"6 Bounce! Trampolining is 'the most efficient exercise devised by man', says NASA. Buy a mini-trampoline and jump for 20 minutes a day in front of the TV to burn 420kJ, tone your muscles and strengthen your bones". (I jog quite quickly for 30 minutes while exercising my arms at the same time with mini weights).
