Drinking water

I really think that drinking plenty of water is one of the main keys to keeping weight off. Before I changed my diet I would never drink a glass of water. My ankles were always swollen, especially after a day at work, my fingers were often so puffy that my rings were really tight. Since I have made sure I drink at least one and a half litres of water a day I am fine. No puffiness or swollen ankles. What a simple thing to change though! and free too!

I don't seem to have too much trouble with drinking the water.
Just gone back over your previous blogs and you have some yummy recipes that I've printed out. Looking forward to trying the lasagne. Also found your before photo - wow what an incredible difference! Well done.

I found that drinking 2 glasses of water with my meals keeps me feeling fuller for longer and because I'm better hydrated my skin looks so much better. Hooray for water!

I find it hard to remember to drink water. You are right though it is so good in so many ways. I will get my water bottle out now and try making myself drink a glass before I eat.
