Mini tramp

I know I have talked about my mini tramp before, but I think it is such a great exercise and weight loss tool that I can't stop talking about it.
I saw an ad on TV the other day for a tramp + exercise videos. The exercises seemed quite complicated and they were also doing situps on the tramp. I really think all those exercises on a tramp make it all too hard. I have simply jogged on my tramp from day 1 and it has certainly worked for me. I actually tried a few situps on the tramp after watching the commercial and ended up having a pain in my back (I usually do stomach crunches while lying on the floor with no problem). So I will certainly only be using my tramp for jogging in future. 1/2 an hour of jogging is usually about 4,000 steps too, so that's good.

LOL at the jpg. That is fantastic. You are so clever. I have a task this weekend to move all the *crap* we have in the study out so that the tramp can be set up permanently. I can't wait to bounce, bounce, bounce again :)

I have been thinking about the tramp. Can you really jog for half an hour. Don't you get bored???

I've been thinking about getting a tramp. Glad to hear that they work - you never know about these things. Do they take up a lot of room?

Oh, I never thought about getting a tramp before. I think I just might have to look in to it! :)

I find it quite hard to jog for half an hour on it, so hats off to you! I usually do 10 minute lots.

have you tried "skiing" on your tramp? I used to do it when I had one.

Just lock your knees together and jump from side to side as if you're shushing down the mountain. You can even pretend that you've got ski poles, makes it that bit more real!!

Have fun.

I love jogging on the minitramp - the time goes by so quickly if in front of the telly!

LOL, the illustration makes me giggle lots and I agree, exercising while watching TV makes is the best! You make a good point about exercise, in that we need to find something that works for us.

Love your pictures, Suzie. I don't get why they would even want to do situps on a tramp....they are for jogging and the floor is for situps, I reckon anyway!
I think a tramp may be on my wish list for my birthday or Christmas this year.
