Water, water everywhere


I know that I haven't been drinking enough water during Winter and that is about to change. I am sure it is one of the reasons why I am not feeling as fit as usual. So from today it is back to at least 8 glasses of water a day. When I was totally unfit I didn't drink any water. I am NOT going to let that happen again!

I know even up here in winter it's so much more of an effort to drink as much as you should. I manage the first 600ml bottle no problems but have to push a bit harder to get through the next two. But you're right it makes such a difference to the way I feel! Thanks for the prompt.

Hi there, thanks for commenting on my blog.. I decided to change my plan and go back to weight watchers. It is much better suited for me. I know I can loose on this plan.

Good luck drinking the water. I try to drink 100 ounces a day.. It sure can be hard.

Water can be one of those tricky ones you can *forget* to drink. I've learnt to drink it by having a Brita jug right near my sink so I can't NOT see it first thing. I also fill up a 1.5L bottle at work when I make a tea and have a pact with myself to empty the bottle by the end of the day. Otherwise, I just forget. It's easy to.

Hey Suzy...I always drink a lot of water at work cos I am talking all the time but I really need to concentrate on the weekends to keep the water intake up to an acceptable level. Luv the bamboo it is really beautiful with the love heart shape.lb.

What a great reminder of what I should be doing!

I was just going to go get my third coffee for the day, but after reading your post, it's a glass of water instead :)

I'm either all or nothing with water and I need to find a happy medium. Thanks for reminding me to go and fill up my bottle!

It has been tough keeping the water up hasn't it. I have been adding Cottees light rasberry & apple crush and that has helped get me back up to the 2 L mark. Now I just have to push it back up to 3 !!
