I've lost half a bedroom

Infiniti MA200

Me at the controls.

We have bought a treadmill! It was delivered last night and it is now taking pride of place in my spare room. Should anyone with a small two bedroom house buy a treadmill? No. But we did anyway. I took a pic of me at the controls and I found a pic of the same treadmill to show you.

It is an Infiniti MA200. I love it! I haven't walked enough during winter and even though my weight is the same I have spread in the middle. It is about to go! I will walk/jog every day on my treadmill and see if I can change my shape by Christmas. I needed some new motivation and this is it. (rather expensive motivation, but it won't be wasted).

Sounds like a plan! I wish I had a treadmill for those days that are too cold and raining. I started walking again last month and it's made a huge difference already in my thighs, but and waist already so I have no doubt you can make a change by Xmas :-)

Looks like the perfect spare room furniture to me! Mind you, my spare room is simply a giant walk-in wardrobe, so I wouldn't trust my opinion!

Woohoo! Talk about off and running and I agree sounds like perfect bedroom furniture to me although a friends husband does say it is the most expensive clothes hanger they have ever owned. LOL.

Good on you!! I know with your attitude and drive it will get used and you will enjoy. Exercise equipment - well my husband jokes that it should be able to fold up under a bed as that is where it ends up! Quite often people prove him wrong - and you will!

the only thing with having equipment like that in the home is that you can never have an excuse not to use it....good luck :)

Walking is great, whether on a treadmill or outside. Now all you have to do is add some fantastic pictures to your bedroom so that your mind is in a good place when you walk

My elliptical takes up a huge portion of my project room. Sometimes (like today and forever more) I actually use it.

Ooooh jealous. It is fantastic. I am working on making space but I think I will have to bite the bullet soon and just get it and bugger the rest of the space LOL.

Have fun, and you WILL change shape by Christmas..

Wow - that looks like a beauty!
I love using the treadmill at the gym - would like to have one at home but don't have the space!
Are you still going to use your jogging tramp?

Do you do any walking in your normal routine. I've had my best results when walking to and from work everyday (about 2.5 mile each way).
To be honest I've neglected it this year for various reasons, I've also struggled losing weight its definately connected for me.
Execise machines fon't do it for me I get bored of them.
