I'm falling to bits........






I have injuries. I can't walk without hip pain. My neck is aching. I don't know what I have done. I haven't been able to exercise for over two weeks and I am eating everything in sight! "Funny" how weight goes on much faster than it comes off.




Some real damage control will need to be done if I don't get my act into gear soon...

Oh dear that doesn't sound good. Get to the Docs if you haven't yet.

Trouble is with injuries and lack of exercise is you don't burn the food off so actually have to eat less.

Sorry to hear that Suzy - hope you get better son - and it's scary how when you don't feel up to par that everything else seems to disappear out the window too! Take care Z xx

Oh noooooooo thats terrible Suzy... My hip pain last year caused me sooo much grief.... and hardly any exercise.. it just hurt too much, so I know what you are going through. I hope you get it sorted soon!
Be good... And I promise to get organised and meet up for lunch real soon...

Dat is just not good... have you gone to the Doctor? Maybe you need to if you havn't. Hope you are feeling a bit better soon.

Aww babe - hopefully a dr can figure out whats going wrong with your hip. But no doubt your eating has probably fallen apart cause you are stressed about not exercising. Happens to me all the time. This all or nothing thing.

Hi Suzy,
Sorry to read you aren't well. I think a trip to the physio is in order. I have been having treatment for the last few months for my hip. I am needing to see a specialist, but at least in the interim she has helped me with the pain and I am able to exercise with a day off in between. Some anti inflammatories might help you too.

Hope you get better soon.

Hi Suzy - sorry to hear you haven't been well - what about going for a good massage. It will really help especially if you find a really good therapist.
