Lemon and vanilla Cupcakes
This is a yummy cupcake recipe which makes 12 cupcakes. I found it at

100g castor sugar
2 eggs mixed with 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
100g self raising flour
2 tablespoons milk
200g icing sugar (I used soft icing)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
lemon curd (I squeezed some lemon juice in instead)
This is what I did:
Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer then add eggs and vanilla, milk and flour and turn on mixer until ingredients are just mixed.
Spoon mixture into 12 patty pans and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 190 degrees C.
When cakes cool:
Beat topping ingredients together with mixer and top each cupcake with some icing mixture. I sprinkled on some jelly crystals for a bit of colour and topped them with some store bought flowers.
Here are my sprouts ready to eat. They are delicious in a roll with some mayo.
My Aloe Vera plant had a baby. I pinched it off and re-planted it. Hopefully it grows.
