Baby Blue and yummy tomatoes

These tomatoes were so yummy.

2 punnets of cherry tomatoes sliced in half and sprinkled with oregano, salt and pepper and a little sugar. Drizzle some olive oil over and throw on a couple of cloves of garlic.

Bake on an oven tray lined with baking paper (100 degrees celcius)for three hours. Place in sterilised jar and keep in the fridge.

If you want really dry tomatoes leave in the oven longer. After three hours they were still quite juicy- delicious! Use instead of sundried tomatoes.
