More from the garden

I decided to try freezing some mint and parsley for use in sauces during winter. I chopped up the herbs and placed some in ice cube containers with a little water and then popped them in the freezer. When the herb cubes were frozen I transferred them into freezer bags and put them back in the freezer.

My celery has grown really well and today I made some creamy celery and parmesan soup.

With my Basil I made some yummy Pesto. Another recipe from "Out of the Bottle" by Sally Wise.
